Mr Chibuzo Ekwekwuo is a lawyer, APMG Certified PPP Practitioner, a Public Procurement Specialist, An Associate of ISCAN and an Insolvency practitioner and a registered Capital Market Solicitor in Nigeria. As Managing Partner at A&E Law Partnership Mr Ekwekwuo Overseas all of its practice sessions including the Digital Economy, PPP, Public Finance Law, Oil & Gas, Board Support.

Corporate governance and Company Secretarial Practice which provides 360 degrees company secretarial support to boards of company’s notable amongst which are two of Nigeria’s most prominent oil & gas operating companies. Under his leadership his team has overseen compliance for these companies and others including a global technology group and a new smart city free zone development company and supported two of them in a global fund-raising effort that closed over seven hundred million US dollars.

Chibuzo has provided legal support to a number of technology start-ups from ideation to launch and operation and has managed compliance issues in Nigeria for a global technology giant, and several major operating companies.

Chibuzo has led his team in supporting major PPP projects including two HDMI road projects both of which combined are over 361 kms, they have successfully concluded an Offshore Waste Facility PPP project, as well a technology driven railway ticketing system PPP in Nigeria.
