Dumebi Pere-Enaregha, a Chemical Engineer by education, is a seasoned and experienced finance specialist with over 18 years demonstrated history of working experience in treasury, risk management, corporate finance, M&A, project finance, trade finance, e-learning and financial advisory service. With core skills in financial management, budgeting, cost management, financial modelling and valuation, corporate finance, financial analysis and people management.

She has an MBA from Imperial College Business School, London, and managed various finance projects both locally and within the West African region and has successfully raised capital for various firms while working with Nex Rubica Capital as Regional Originator and managed the foreign currency balance sheet of over $2billion while working with the treasury group of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.

Her in-depth knowledge and experience in managing small and medium sized businesses show beyond doubt in oil and gas services and tools rentals, ICT, media, business consulting, real estate, construction, and agribusiness where she rose from finance director to Group CFO.

She sits on the boards of Opaha Tech a FinTech company and Bonitas Group, serving as Group CFO of nine subsidiaries.
In recognition of her formidable and progressive impact in her career, the National Institute of Credit Administration (NICA), recommended her for induction as a Fellow (FICA).

Dumebi enjoys learning new things and acquiring knowledge which led her to taking on another postgraduate degree in Fintech, Risk and Investment Analysis in the University of Sussex, Brighton, United Kingdom, where she graduated with a distinction.
