Tolu Oladipo is a seasoned banker, HR professional, and management consultant with over thirty years of experience across various sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Ilorin and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, alongside certifications in Change Management and DISC Psychometric Assessment.

Throughout his career, Tolu has demonstrated expertise in people management, retail banking, and executive leadership. He has held numerous senior roles that have enriched his extensive skill set. At Standard Bank, he served as the HR Manager, where he led the HR business partnership for the retail division, designed and implemented employee value proposition strategies, and managed cultural integration during the acquisition that formed Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc in Nigeria. He continued his career at Stanbic IBTC Bank as Divisional Head of Personal Banking, overseeing branch banking and the private banking business nationwide.

Tolu also served as the Divisional Head of Sales & Distribution at Liberty Health Pty (THT Nigeria), managing sales and marketing for the largest health insurance company in Nigeria. As the CEO of Zuma HMO, he provided full executive oversight and successfully led the health insurance business through a re-accreditation process. His international experience includes his role as an International Partner at Catenon Executive Recruitment in Madrid, where he specialized in executive recruitment for African markets. He also served as Country Manager for Mall for Africa, managing all aspects of business operations in Nigeria, and established the HR function at News Central Media Ltd, a pan-African news media organization.
